Designed and developed the two-sided location marketplace — separate tenant and landlord flows with lead-gen forms.
THE CHALLENGE
Two audiences, two funnels
Retailers submit requirements; landlords discover tenants. One site had to route each visitor correctly without confusion.
THE APPROACH
Separate flows, shared system
I designed and built the site in Framer with distinct tenant and landlord journeys, filter-driven venue messaging, and lead-gen forms on both sides.
THE OUTCOME
A working two-sided front door
Launched responsive with clear ‘Submit requirements’ and landlord paths — both feeding the sales pipeline.
