Design + full Framer build for an eco-living development — immersive imagery and an inquiry-focused page flow.
THE CHALLENGE
Sell a place people cannot visit yet
The homesites were pre-launch. The site had to make the land, views, and wellness vision tangible enough to earn an application.
THE APPROACH
Immersive imagery, inquiry-first flow
I designed a photo-led, full-bleed layout and built it in Framer with property details, living experience, and ‘Request early access’ CTAs threaded through every section.
THE OUTCOME
A pre-launch site that captures residents
Launched responsive with a founding-resident application flow — the site became the project’s primary lead source.
